Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RideCharter's services — including our website, mobile app, or any booking platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Important: These Terms apply to all users, including customers, drivers, corporate clients, and third-party partners. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Section 2

Booking & Reservation Policy

All bookings made through RideCharter are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our operations team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email or SMS from RideCharter.

2.1 Booking Requirements

  • The primary booker must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid government-issued ID may be required at time of service.
  • Accurate passenger count must be provided at booking time.
  • Route details (pickup/drop addresses) must be confirmed 24 hours before departure.
  • Special requirements (wheelchair access, child seats, etc.) must be stated at the time of booking.

2.2 Payment

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package selected. All payments are processed securely via our approved payment partners. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

Note: Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes and tolls unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final invoices will reflect all applicable charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ridecharter.com or through your account portal. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. In case of service failure on our part (vehicle breakdown, driver no-show), a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered.

Section 4

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner throughout the journey. RideCharter reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if passengers engage in prohibited behavior.

  • No smoking or vaping in any vehicle at any time.
  • No consumption of alcohol without prior written authorization for charter events.
  • Luggage must not exceed designated storage capacity — notify us in advance for oversized items.
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times where fitted.
  • Passengers must not distract or interfere with the driver.
  • Any damage caused by passengers will be charged at full market rate.
  • Children must use age-appropriate restraints as required by law.
RideCharter is not liable for personal belongings left on vehicles. We recommend that passengers keep valuables with them at all times. Lost property inquiries should be raised within 24 hours.
Section 5

Liability & Insurance

All RideCharter vehicles operate with comprehensive commercial passenger insurance as required by law. Our liability, however, is limited to the following:

  • RideCharter is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or force majeure events.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fare paid for that specific booking.
  • We are not responsible for consequential losses including missed flights, events, or appointments.
  • Third-party claims arising from passenger negligence are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

For corporate clients with premium packages, extended liability coverage may be negotiated separately under a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All content on the RideCharter website and applications — including text, images, logos, icons, graphics, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of RideCharter Inc. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Reproduction or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • RideCharter's trademarks, logos, and brand identity may not be used without express authorization.
  • User-generated content (reviews, photos shared with us) may be used in our marketing with attribution.
Section 7

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of RideCharter services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a class action lawsuit.

How to Cancel

  • Log in to your account and navigate to "My Bookings" to cancel online.
  • Email bookings@ridecharter.com with your booking reference number.
  • Call our 24/7 support line: +1 800 743-3269.

Force Majeure & Service Failures

If RideCharter cancels your booking due to mechanical failure, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to arrange alternative transportation.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
