Yes. Every driver assigned to school trips holds a current enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate, renewed annually. Certificates are available on request prior to the trip date.
Yes. For every new route, we prepare a route risk assessment that can be incorporated into your school's excursion risk assessment. This is provided free of charge with every booking.
All vehicles in our school trip fleet are equipped with lap or 3-point seatbelts for every passenger seat, compliant with current DfT regulations for school transport.
We offer flexible cancellation for schools: full refund up to 72 hours before, 75% refund 48–72 hours before. For weather-related cancellations of outdoor trips, we work case-by-case with school administration.
